6. What Are the Notification, Recordkeeping, and Reporting Requirements?

reportsAll affected facilities are required to comply with the NESHAP General Provisions. Depending on the compliance options used, the General Provisions also require certain records and periodic reports including:
  • Initial Notifications
  • Notification of Performance Test of a Control Device
  • Notification of Compliance Status
  • Recordkeeping Requirements
  • Periodic Reports
  • Other Reports
